| 摘 要： | 有关高等学校学生的法律研究是高等教育尤其是高等学校法治的突破口.鉴于我国目前高等学校学生的法律界定不足,建议首先从法律上明确典型高等学校学生为公办普通高等学校接受全日制高等学历教育、取得学籍的受教育者,并在此基础上区分不同类型的高等学校学生,分别研究,以期实现管理的科学化和法治化.
