| 摘 要： | 企业信息欺诈行为已成为我国社会经济发展的严重阻碍力量。本文分析了企业信息欺诈行为的法律特征和企业信息欺诈的法律防治现状,认为强化法律防治刻不容缓,当务之急应做好完善现行企业管理制度,进行反企业信息欺诈专门立法,健全企业信息欺诈刑事惩罚制度等工作。

| Abstract: | Enterprise's information fraud has already seriously become hindering strength of social economic development of our country. This paper analyses legal characteristic of enterprise information and the current situation of prevention against information frand; thinks that strengthening the law to prevent and cure it is very urgent, the task of top priority is to do well and perfect the current system of business management, make special law against enterprise's information fraud, perfect criminal punishing system against enterprise's information swindle. |
