| Abstract: | The correct understanding of the scientific connotation of " representing the fundamental interests of the broadest masses of the Chinese people is of great theoretical and practical significance to the further study and implementation of "the three represents" put forward by Present Jiang Zeming. This scientific connotation consists of essential features, theoretical basis, inevitable requirement, important principles, basic guarantees and concrete incarnations. They areinter related and dialectically united, constituting an integral system. |
