| Abstract: | Scientific outlook on development, as the practical application of Marxist materialistic view of history to the contemporary China, and as the world view and methodology of the racialist development with Chinese characteristics, has rich scientific thinking of ways. To grasp the scientific outlook on development on the basis of methodology and realize the basic alteration of the thinking ways is the key to deeply interpret and practice the scientific outlook on development. |
