| 摘 要： | 企业的组织结构对企业绩效乃至企业的生存与发展都起到相当大的影响作用。基于对国内101家企业实证数据的研究,发现企业组织结构类型与企业绩效并无明显相关关系;企业组织结构的规范化对企业绩效有一定的促进作用;企业组织结构的专业化对企业绩效产生正效应;而企业组织结构的集权化程度对于企业绩效产生一定负效应。

| Abstract: | The organizational structure of enterprises has greatly influenced their performance, survival and development. Based on the study of empirical data about 101 domestic enterprises, it is found that there is no clear relevant relationship between the organizational structure types of enterprises and their performanee; the normalization of their organizational structure plays an important part in promoting the performanee of enterprises; and the specialization of their organizational structure has a positive effect on the performance of enterprises. It is also shown that the extent of power centralization about the organizational structure exert some negative effect on the performance of enterprises. |
