| 摘 要： | 宋神宗熙宁年间,熙河路设置后的进一步扩展和建设,是北宋中期国家统一思想重新提上日程见诸行动的表证。宋政府悉心经营熙河路,目的是为灭亡西夏打基础。由于其间遇到了许多困难,致使熙河路的发展收效甚微。由此表明北宋想要实现统一是何等的艰难。但是这一举动在客观上产生的积极作用应予肯定。

| Abstract: | It was Xihelu's set up and devlopment that proved the North Song Dynasty was achieving State Unification again during the Xining period of Songshenzong.To wipe out Xixia , the Song government engaged in Xihelu carefully. Because of many difficulties,the effect of the development was limited. Although it was very hard to achieve the unification, the action's objective positive affect must be confirmed. |
