| 摘 要： | 台湾地区的金融法律制度在日本殖民统治时期初步形成鸦抗战胜利后熏国民党政府对日据时期的金融机构进行接收改组,形成台湾地区金融机构基本架构。国民党迁台后熏日本金融法律体制对台湾地区金融理念与金融实践更是产生了持续而重要的影响。

| Abstract: | The financial legal system of Taiwan District was shaped in the period of the Japanese colonies.The Kuomintang Government accepted and reformed the financial body which was set up by Japanese after Anti-Japanese War.The great and last impact from Japan on the financial idea and practice was brought about in Taiwan district,after the Kuomintang moved into Taiwan. |
