| Abstract: | Supernatural judgment plays a very important role in the history of litigation system both at home and abroad,whose evolution process interprets different traditional litigation process and rules in China and some foreign countries.In practice,the procedural law of supernatural judgment contains values of rite,authority and guidance,and exerts deep influence on the litigation system of many countries. |
