| Abstract: | The quality of leading cadres is a matter of cohesion and fighting ability of the Party, and of the progressive stage of socialist modernization drive of our country. It is theoretically and practically meaningful to discuss the issues concerning the quality, the existing state of leading cadres and the quality that a leading cadre should have, and concerning the way of how to enhance the quality of leading cadres in the new period. |
