| 摘 要： | 技术善的实现方式可以有“避苦”和“增福”(“趋乐”)两种,由此为善的技术也可以分为相应的两类。当资源有限从而需要在两者之间进行选择时,避苦的技术应优先于增福的技术,无论是历史的经验,还是现实的道德要求,抑或理性的分析,都表明了这种选择的恰当性,并构成一种合乎人道主义的价值观和幸福观的伦理选择,也是寻求构建和谐社会的一种技术途径。

| Abstract: | "Avoidance of pain" and "addition of happiness" are the two ways to realize the technological goodness,so technology itself can also be divided into two relevant kinds.The former should take precedence of the latter when a choice must be made between two kinds of technology due to the limited resources.It is a felicitous choice between the two kinds of technology in the light of the historical experience,practical moral requirement and rational analysis.It is not only an ethic selection in conformity with a humanitarian viewpoint of value and happiness but also a technological approach to construct harmonious society. |
