| Abstract: | Starting from the situation and position of the development of our non-governmental institutions of higher learning, the paper sums up the basic experience of the development of non-governmental education, points out that building up their own strength in running school is the key to elevating the developmental level of non-governmental institutions of higher learning, and presents some opinions about elevating the developmental level of non-governmental institutions of higher learning. |
