| 摘 要： | 当前我国农村社区正处于向城镇社区演进的转折点,其进一步发展面临物资资源极度匮乏、村民自治改革缺乏深度、居民缺乏凝聚力和归属感等障碍。我国农村社区只能走政府主导型的自上而下地促进农村社区城镇化道路,才能推动我国农村社区城镇化进程。

| Abstract: | The evolution of China's rural community is currently at the key point of urbanization.There're several obstacles to hold back its further development,which are the great sharp shortage of material resources,the absence of its dwellers' allegiance,the lack of further steps for transformation of the rural community's autonomy and so on.Therefore the way of our rural community's urbanization is due to be selected;the promotion from governmental domination is the best style to choose. |
