| 摘 要： | 在分析农村土地使用权流转现状与存在问题以及建立农村土地使用权流转制度的必要性的基础上,着重提出了促进农村土地使用权流转的对策:(1)应用市场机制,促进土地使用权流转;(2)建立城乡统一的劳动力市场;(3)建立科学的地租、地价评估体系;(4)建立土地使用权流转法规体系。

Current status and the countermeasures of transfer of rural land use right |

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the current status, problems and necessity of the rural land use rights transfer, the paper poses four solutions: to use market system to promote the transfer of land use rights, to construct united labor market between urban and rural areas, to establish scientific access system of land rent and price, and to establish law and regulations system of the transfer of land use rights. |
