| 摘 要： | 中国计划经济制度变迁的一般模式,是对中国从计划经济体制到社会主义市场经济体制转变过程的高度理论概括,具有抽象性、宏观性和凝练性的特点。其基本要点是:有限理性的“经济人”假设,制度变迁的主体(政府、企业和个人),制度变迁的动因(主体追求制度的高效率);制度变迁的方式(转轨的基本战略关系)。

| Abstract: | The general mode of transformation of China' s planned economic system is the succinct theoretical generalization of the process of transformation from planned economic system to socialist market economic system,and it is of abstract and succinct features at a macro-level.Its key points include:limited rational assumption of "economic being",the subject of system transformation(the government,enterprise,and individual),the drive of system transformation(high efficiency of the subject in seeking system),and the way of system transformation(the basic strategic relation of transition). |
