| 摘 要： | 就业问题不仅是当前,而且也是未来我国经济和社会发展进程中必须高度重视和妥善解决的重大现实问题。当前,在保持经济持续增长的同时,我国宏观经济政策的目标应转向“就业优先”,应加快发展第三产业,扩大社区服务业;大力发展中小企业;加快城市化进程;建立和完善公共就业服务体系。

| Abstract: | Our country is facing a rigorous employment status in current time. Employment is an important and practical problem that should be highly regarded and properly solved in the development of our economic and social process in the future. The paper analyzes the causes of our employment and launches that the employment first in our macroscopical economic policy with the maintaining of economic increasing. Some countermeasures are brought forward in the paper. |
