| 摘 要： | 建设经济社会强省是时代的要求,是河北省发展的必由之路,本文从区域、产业、港口、成本、市场、资源等方面分析了河北省所具有的基础和优势,同时剖析了河北省所面临的问题与不足,提出了"两带互动、点网开发"的战略思路.并从战略思想、战略定位、战略重点、战略布局、战略支撑、战略措施等几个方面论述了河北省建设经济社会强省的总体战略.

| Abstract: | It is a demand of new period to constructing strong province for Hebei.First,the article analyzes the development basis and advantages of Hebei province from the aspects of area,industry,cost,market and resources.Second,it discusses the shortages and problems,and provides the strategy of "interaction of two belt,development of spot and wet".At last,it proposes the overall strategy from the aspects of the idea,location,arrangement,supporting and measures. |
