我国市场经济秩序的深层矛盾及其治理

市场经济是现阶段最为合理的资源配置模式。我国现阶段还没有完全走出计划经济的阴影 ,主要问题是市场经济主体秩序失范 ,非经济主体进入市场 ;市场进出不规范 ,相当一批产业处于低水平过度竞争 ;市场客体混乱 ,假冒伪劣、走私贩私商品充斥市场 ;形形色色的不正当竞争、不规范交易 ,破坏了市场竞争应有的优胜劣汰机制 ;行政垄断促成行政权力向市场渗透 ,滋生索贿受贿、权钱交易现象 ,破坏正常市场竞争秩序 ;地方保护主义分割市场 ,破坏公平竞争的环境。产生这些问题的原因是多方面的。建立完善的社会信用体系是治理市场经济混乱的出路

Fundamental Problems with Economic Order in the Chinese Market and the Resolutions

Market economy is the best model of resources allocation in the present stage. Up to now, China has not walked out of the shadow of planned economy and a great number of problems exist, the major of which are as follows: non economic bodies operate in the market, producing the disorder in economic entities; the market management regarding admission and delicensing is not standardized and quite a lot of industries are in low level over competition; the market objects are in serious disorder with counterfeit, shoddy and smuggled products flooding the market; the survival of the fittest market mechanism is damaged due to a great variety of unfair competitions and non regulated deals; the administrative power is penetrating the market and briberies and power money deals are damaging the normal market competition order; local protectionism has sectionalized the market and damaging the environment of fair competition. The causes for these problems are diversified and the establishment of a social credit system is the very solution to the market disorder.
