| 摘 要： | 中共“八大”在探索中国社会主义建设道路方面的功绩主要有 :第一 ,提出了把党的工作重点转移到社会主义经济建设上来的理论 ;第二 ,初步提出了区别于传统模式的发挥中央与地方两个积极性的体制和以计划经济为主、以商品经济为辅的社会主义经济模式 ;第三 ,正确规定了既反保守又反冒进即在综合平衡中稳步前进的经济建设方针和若干经济政策。
