对我国人才中介机构发展的思考

摘    要:改革开放以来,随着市场经济的发展,我国各类人才中介机构不断涌现,但发育不全,存在半政府半市场状态、表现出不成熟和不规范。同时也显露出多元化、网络化,布局渐趋合理化与专业化的发展趋势。人才中介机构有利于企业成长、人才合理流动以及社会的稳定和发展的积极作用应予以充分肯定。应该以市场化、人本化、交流的程序化去进一步完善人才中介机构。

Abstract:In the essay,the author analyses the status quo and development trend of intermediate agencies for talented people in our country.He believes that intermediate agencies for talented people are conducive to the growth of enterprises,the rational flow of trained personnel and the stability and development of society.Their positive role should be affirmed.Finally,he suggests that we continue to improve intermediate agencies for talented people by means of marketization,anthropocentric service and standardization.
