阜阳剪纸:乡村振兴视域下的活态传承与困境出路--基于“非遗”传承人葛庭友的访谈

自乡村振兴计划实施以来,乡村文化中的民间“非遗”项目被作为文化扶贫的重要抓手吸引了众多的目光,在与安徽省省级“非遗”——剪纸项目传承人葛庭友访谈中,发现阜阳剪纸面临着剪纸风格模糊、资金投入稀缺、传承人才流失、传承环境消失等突出问题。而在乡村振兴视域下解决阜阳剪纸传承发展过程中的困境,其关键路径在于以下三点:第一,以剪纸为中心,设置非遗产地核心区;第二,多方力量促进,完善非遗传承机制;第三,吸收传统文化,提升本土产品竞争力。

Fuyang Paper Cutting:Living Inheritance and Dilemma from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization--Based on the Interview with Ge Tingyou,the Inheritor of"Intangible Cultural Heritage"

Since the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Plan,the Intangible Heritage Project in rural culture has attracted a lot of attention as a focus for cultural poverty alleviation.In an interview with Ge Tingyou,the inheritor of paper-cutting which is the provincial intangible cultural heritage of Anhui,it is found that Fuyang paper-cutting is faced with some apparent problems such as the ambiguous style,the lack of investment,the loss of talents,the disappearance of inheritance environment and so on.From the perspective of rural revitalization,the key to solve these problems lies in the following three points:first,set up the core area of paper-cutting;Second,improve the inheritance mechanism of intangible cultural heritage;Third,absorb traditional culture and enhance the competitiveness of local products.
