| 摘 要： | 为从管理学角度更好地贯彻落实江泽民同志"三个代表"中代表最广大人民群众的根本利益的精神,首先要处理好几个利益关系,树立社会主义"以人为本"的管理观念,管理职能上要加强社会管理职能,在监督上加强群众监督,在领导方式上坚持走群众路线,在组织设置上坚持权责一致的原则,在人员选拔上坚持能级原则.

| Abstract: | Comrade Jiang Ze-min advocated that "the CPC should represent the people's basic interest". Seen in terms of management of his "Three Representatives", the realization of this one under discussion demands the following factors: the sophisticated relationship between various interest, a "man-centered" socialist management concept, strengthened social funcation in management, and mass supervision; and in leadship, we should also stick to the mass line, in organization, to the consistance of power and responsibility, and in personel the capacity level. |
