| Abstract: | The rigidity of the corporate core competitiveness always leads to the inner emptiness of the corporations and the destruction of the organizations. It restrains the development capability of the corporations severely. Beginning with the implication of the rigidity of the core competitiveness, the paper describes the cause of its formation and provides the method of how to prevent the rigidity of the core competitiveness . |
