Abstract:In foreign language teaching, apparently it is very important for us to read in text as a method of developing our comprehensive language ability. How to improve the readability of a text is also one of the points many researchers are concerned about. The paper tries to discuss the problem from the culture background knowledge concerning the schema theory.
