可持续发展战略要求一种新的文化支持 ,这就是生态文化。生态文化的多元价值观 ,决定了民族生态文化建立的必要性。构建体现文化多元性的民族生态文化 ,需要充分尊重民族传统文化中的生态文化内生因子 ,吸收现代生态文化的精髓 ,构建具有民族文化特征 ,以可持续发展为目标 ,以生态道德、生态哲学为核心 ,以生态化的科技和教育为手段的民族生态文化。在构建这一文化的过程中 ,要彰显民族文化个性 ,尊重民族文化发展 ,提供保持民族文化特性的技术手段。通过民族生态文化的构建 ,促进民族文化与经济协调发展。

On the Construction of Ethnic Ecological Culture——A case study of Xianggelila
