| 摘 要： | 当前,我国突发公共事件增加,其发展态势对政府执行力建设提出了严峻挑战。政府应对突发公共事件执行力的构成要素包括素质优良的执行主体、高效协调的执行机制、先进完备的执行工具、充足适用的执行资源、求真务实的执行文化等,其建设的基本途径应围绕上述几个方面加以开展。

| Abstract: | At present,the number of emergencies in China is increasing,which challenges the construction of the governmental executive ability.Governmental executive ability to deal with emergencies include high quality implementers,efficient and coordinated executive mechanisms,advanced and self-contained executive tools,sufficient executive resources and practical executive culture.The basic construction of governmental executive ability should be carried out around these factors. |
