| 摘 要： | 和资金、劳动力、技术之类的资源一样,制度也是稀缺的,否则,社会不会存在那么多不合作的现象,世界也不会存在那么多难以解决的摩擦和冲突。通过一案例分析,指出合理配置制度这一稀缺资源,在当代社会经济生活中的意义正日益彰显出来。

| Abstract: | As the resource of capital,labor force and technology,institution is also rare.Otherwise,there will not be so much non-cooperation,friction and conflict in the society,which are hard to solve all over the world.Through the analysis of a case,this article points out that the importance of rational allocation of institution,a rare resource,becomes more and more obvious in the contemporary society. |
