摘    要:研究了各种有机化合物和无机氧化剂对磷化工艺的影响;优选复配了一种能提高低温条件下磷化膜质量及缩短磷化反应时间的促进剂,选择了合适的稳定剂,解决了槽液稳定性问题,减少了沉渣量

Abstract:The effects of some organic compounds and inorganic oxidizers on the phosphating process have investigated.A promoter that can improve the quality of phosphating film and shorten the phosphating time was suggested and,a stabilizer that can stabilize the bath solution and reduce the sediment was obtained.
