河北省海洋经济发展对策

随着海洋经济健康快速发展,海洋经济已经成为我国国民经济新的增长点,河北省有着丰富的海洋资源,487公里长的海岸线上分布着三大港口(四大港区),具有发展盐业、港口贸易、水产养殖、海洋石油、海洋化工、海洋运输、海洋旅游等产业的天然条件,但与其他沿海省份相比,河北海洋经济的发展还比较落后,存在着各种各样的制约因素,对全省经济的带动力较弱.运用SWOT分析法,通过对河北发展海洋经济的内部优势和劣势、外部机会和威胁的分析,提出可行有效的措施发展河北海洋经济,加快河北建设沿海经济社会发展强省的步伐.
