| Abstract: | It is necessary to introduce governmental supervision into company governance from the perspective of both theory and practice. The governmental supervision system includes legal supervision, administrative supervision, supervision of market surroundings, media supervision, and the supervision of party discipline and so on. The improvement of the governmental supervision is essential to improve company governance. |
