| 摘 要： | 运用局部均衡分析方法,分析了并购市场特殊的供求曲线、局部均衡以及在完全信息和不完全信息两种条件下的封闭拍卖并购定价模型.目的在于考察并购市场的运行机制,以便保证并购的高效运行,充分发挥市场机制在配置存量资源方面的优势作用.
