摘    要:顾客参与被越来越广泛地应用到创新过程中,在整个创新过程中科学合理地管理顾客参与,对提高创新成功率和降低创新风险有着重要意义。本文通过总结近年来国内外期刊对于服务创新中顾客参与研究的相关文献,系统地总结和分析了国内外学者对于服务创新中顾客参与的研究,尝试整理出一套关于顾客参与的完整研究体系,为后期创新中顾客研究奠定了一定的理论基础和方向指导。

Abstract:With the customer involvement be extensively applied to the process of innovation, scientifically managing customer involvement plays a crucial role in lowering risk and raising success rate. This paper tries to sum up a set of integrity research system about the customer involvement by summarizing and analyzing domestic and international research paper for customer involvement of service innovation in recent years, which will lay the theoretic foundation and directionel instruction for future research.
