| 摘 要： | 共同富裕不仅是一种理想和道义要求，而且是社会主义的目标，是社会主义建设和发展的原则。发展生产力的价值取向和社会主义的政治经济制度是实现共同富裕的逻辑基点。一部分地区、一部分人先富裕起来与共同富裕是手段与目标的关系，前为手段，后为目标。

| Abstract: | The together-richness is a requirement for ideal and morality; aim of socialism and principle of socialist construction and its development. The Value Qrientation of developing production power and perfecting system of socialist policts and economy is logic foundation of redizing together - richness. The relation between partial richness and together - richness is what method is to project. The former is method while the latter is project. |
