| 摘 要： | 追求有效是教学永恒的主题．笔者认为，要实现学生的有效学习，必须提高教师教学的有效性．营造和谐的学习氛围，制定个性化的学习目标，提供鲜活的、数学的、生活的学习内容，促进学生自主学习，尊重学习者的个体差异和心理需求，给予适时、适当的学习帮助，是实现有效教学的基本策略．

| Abstract: | Effective teaching has always been the central theme of teaching. From the writer＇s point of view, to actualize the students＇ effective learning, the teachers＇ teaching efficiency should be enhanced. This means that the teacher should try to create a harmonious learning environment, provide a vivid leaning material, enhance their automatic learning, respect their personal differonces and psychological needs, and give them appropriate assistance. They are all basic strategies to achieve effective teaching. |
