新时期中国工会职能需要强化和转变

中国工会作为社会政治团体,为企业和政府之间搭建了一座桥梁。在现今的社会管理中,社会经济体制改革配合企业放权、自主经营的政策,工会组织日渐需要转变发展思路,调整其职能以顺应企业和经济的发展。工会无论在什么情况都具有其独特的功能和作用,新时期工会职能的发展可以从三方面入手,即工会职能由适应性转为自主性、加强参与的横向拓宽和纵向延伸、创新工会体制。

Functions of Labor Union in China Need to Be Strengthened and Changed

As a social political organization,labor union in China bridges enterprises and the governments.In the reform of economic system of present China,powers are released to enterprise owners and they can manage their business independently.Accordingly,labor unions should adjust their functions so as to conform to the development of economy and enterprises.Labor unions should strengthen their independence,make wider and deeper participation,and innovate their system.
