论当前规避法律的社会行为

规避法律的行为在我国大量存在且花样百出。规避法律的行为之所以能够得逞,主要有法制建设内部的矛盾、执法、执纪部门查究不力和执法部门能力受限等多种原因。所以,防止规避法律的行为,一要加强立法,二要加强对规避法律行为的查究力度。
