网络环境下图书馆的海洋信息资源建设

海洋资源的开发，离不开海洋信息资源的建设与利用。在网络环境下，随着藏书观念、馆藏资源结构、信息获取方式以及信息资源保障模式的变化，图书馆已从传统的文献资料收藏和提供者，转变为信息产品的生产者与服务者。本文以此为背景，从加强海洋信息资源的特色化收藏，优化海洋信息资源馆藏结构，加大电子文献信息的收藏力度，开发网络海洋信息资源，建立虚拟特色馆藏，实现海洋信息资源协作收藏与资源共享的统一等方面，谈如何加强专业图书馆的海洋信息资源的建设。

Construction of Marine Information Resources of Library Under the Network Environment

The development of manna resources depends on the construction and use of marine resources. As the changes of book - collecting ideas, library resource textures, ways of getting information and the mode of guaranteeing information resources, the library has turned to be a producer and a server from the traditional material collector and provider under the environment of the network. This paper, taking this as the background, dis-cusses how to strengthen the construction of the marine information resources of the special library.
