| 摘 要： | 根据核心能力的概念以及技术、知识和组织三个支撑要素,本文指出了目前国有企业存在的不利于核心能力培养的实际问题;从核心能力的基础是知识和技术,技术和知识的载体是人这两点出发,笔者提出了相应的对策。

Fostering core competence based on actuality of the state owned enterprises |

| Abstract: | This paper firstly points out there are some barriers in the State Owned Enterprises, according to the concept and technology, knowledge and organization three sustaining elements of core competence of enterprises which are going against fostering core competence. And then, some countermeasures be put forward based on two points that the foundation of core competence is knowledge and technology and the human is carrier of knowledge and technology. |
