| 摘 要： | 凉山彝族习惯法是历史岁月的沉淀物，至今未完全丧失自身的价值。当前凉山彝族社会存在着两种法律类型：习惯法和国家法。这两种法律都在不同地区、不同人群中实施，使安定的社会秩序得以维持，并由此对彝族社会的现代化产生了深刻的影响

| Abstract: | The Customary law of Liangshan Yi nationality is the Sediment in the river of history,which has not fally lost its own value so far. At present,there exist two kinds of law in Liangshan Yi society: Customary law and state law. Both of these laws are put into effect in different areas and among different people so that a stable social order can be kept,and thus exert a profound influence on the modernization of Yi society. |
