空间经济学视角下的区域间水平溢出机制研究

区域间水平溢出是资本和劳动力的跨区域流动导致的产出变动,表现为集聚和扩散,共同的合力就是水平溢出效应。以空间经济学为理论基础,分别对以"本地市场效应"和"价格指数效应"表示的聚集力、以"市场拥挤效应"表示的扩散力进行综合分析。利用修改后的西科恩(Ciccone)模型,2008年285个地级市数据,对水平溢出机制进行了检验,结果显示本地市场效应和价格指数效应对区域聚集有作用,其中本地市场效应的作用更明显,市场拥挤效应对区域扩散有作用,但是聚集经济产生后,发达地区的要素流出始终小于要素流入,即水平溢出始终为负。

Study of Inter-Regional Horizontal Spillover Effects Based on Spatial Economics

Inter-regional horizontal spillover is the output changing originated from capital and labor mobility across regions;it is the comprehensive effect combined agglomeration and diffusion.Based on spatial economics,this article assigns "home market effect" and "price index effect" on behalf of gathering force,and "market crowding effect" on behalf of diffusion force.Modified Ciccone’s model and 285 city data of 2008 has been used for testing horizontal spillover mechanism.The results show that home market effect and price index effect give rise to regional agglomeration,and market crowding effect gives rise to regional diffusion.After the formation of agglomeration economy,the production factors outflow always less than inflow in developed regions,it is scilicet horizontal spillover is always negative.
