| 摘 要： | 在商标和企业的关系上 ,指出商标是企业生存发展的一个战略问题 ,而且目前我国企业的商标工作很不乐观 ,立法不完善 ,执行力度不够 ,企业又不重视。为了尽快改变这种局面 ,与国际市场接轨 ,必须及时完善《商标法》 ,必须重视商标的命名、扬名和护名策略 ,企业才能求得生存和发展。

| Abstract: | From the relationships between trade marks and enterprises,the author points out trade mark is a strategical problem of the survival of enterprises.However the situation on trade marks in Chinese enterprises is unsatisfactory.In order to improve it,we must perfect laws on trade marks,value the policy of naming,spreading and safeguarding trade marks,ensure the survival and development of enterprises.; |
