| 摘 要： | 绿色壁垒正日益成为国际贸易发展的新障碍,通过制度创新冲破绿色壁垒是解决问题的根本途径。本文分析了我国农产品出口遭遇绿色壁垒的制度性原因,提出了发展绿色农业、跨越绿色壁垒的一系列制度创新建议。

| Abstract: | "Green Barriers"are becoming one of the new barriers in international trade development.The fundamental solution of the problem is to break the barriers by innovating system.After analyzing on institu- tional reasons of the"Green Barriers",the paper suggests a series of countermeasures like developing"Green Agriculture",stepping over the barriers and so on. |
