摘    要:目前,国内名牌高校部分新疆籍大学毕业生的就业取向主要选择内地,从而导致新疆人力资源的流失。其客观原因是东西部经济发展的差距所致,主观原因则与大学生的就业观和家庭影响有关。对此,政府应当通过改变产业结构,促进就业结构改善;出台优惠政策,吸引人才就业;优化教育资源,提高疆内高等教育水平等.改变这种局面。

Abstract:Recently, some graduates from Xinjiang in famous universities tend to get jobs in inland and it causes the brain drain in Xinjiang. The objective cause is development gap between eastern and western areas and the subjective cause is their attitudes towards employment and the families' influences. To dealing with the problem, government should take some measures. First, to change the industrial structure ,improving the employment structure. Second ,to carry out preferential policy, attracting talents. Third ,to improve the level of higher education in Xinjiang.
