| 摘 要： | 文章先从调控的角度把动机分为恒定动机和非恒定动机 ,并提出了动机调控的定义。然后用大量的课堂教学事例从以下六个方面对学习动机的课堂调控策略作了论述 :让学生接受教师、让学生对所讲内容产生好奇和兴趣、让学生参与并体会到学习的快乐、让学生产生成就感、任务动机、用正确的文化立场使学生对外语文化产生正确的认同感。

| Abstract: | The paper classifies the motivation into two kinds, invariable and variable, and puts forward the definition of motivation regulating and controlling. Then the writer's abundant experience in SLT is employed in the specification of 6 aspects learners' motivation: the acceptance by the learners, curiosity and interest in class, learners participation and pleasure of learning, sense of achievement, task motivation and cultural identification. |
