| 摘 要： | “与时俱进”是我党第三代领导人坚持基本原理，又从当代实践出发对马克思主义基本精神的新概括。与时俱进是实践主体士面调整人与世界的关系即包含主体思维认识、价值评价和行为意志在内的实践理念，是人对世界的基本态度和行为方式，其实质是对人与世界之间全面的、动态的相互关系的把握、处理和驾驭。

Progressing with Tme is the practical conception of the unification of humans and the word in which there are subjective thinking, evaluation and behaviour.
