| 摘 要： | 基于抗战的需要，张治中在湖南进行了安定秩序，转化社会风气，改革教育与整顿财经等方面的一系列的治理整顿，这对于稳定湖南当时的政局及湖南作为抗日后方的各方面工作的加强有较大的历史作用，是值得肯定的。

| Abstract: | Due to the needs of the anti-Japanese war, Zhang Zhizhong carried out a series of administrations and rectifications in Hunan Province, such as, reassuring public order, transforming current tendencies in society,reforming education and rectifying finance and economics. These are regarded as positive because they played significant historic functions in stabilizing Hunan's political situations at that time and strengthening all walks of work regarding Hunan as the anti-Japanese rear base. |
