美日企业人力资源管理比较及启示

摘    要:人力资源是企业持续竞争之源,是现代社会核心资源之一。科学的、符合本国国情的人力资源管理模式将会给企业带来强大的动力。发达资本主义国家在相当长的一段时间内逐步形成了各具特色并富有成效的人力资源管理模式,尤其是美国、日本更具代表性。文章主要分析了美国和日本人力资源管理模式的不同特点,比较他们在人力资源管理中对各自企业发展的不同贡献,并在此基础上结合我国国情进行分析,以期给予我国人力资源管理一些启示。

Abstract:Human resources are the source for an enterprise to compete sustainably. It is also one of the core resources in modern society. A scientific human resources managing model which accords with the concrete conditions of the country can motivate the enterprise greatly. Many developed capitalist countries, especially the United States and Japan, have formed various effective human resources managing models. The article mainly analyzes some different characteristics of American and Japanese human resources managing models, and compares their contributions to the development of different enterprises. On the basis of the comparison, the paper analyzes the two models, combining with china's concrete conditions, in order to bring some revelation for the human resources management in China.
