| Abstract: | Taking Zhejiang Taizhou as an example,this article investigates the impact of the local culture on the corporate culture.With an analysis of the relationship between the local culture and the distinct personalities of private entrepreneurs in Taizhou,it puts forward suggestions on the ways to nurture the local culture that helps to improve the international competitiveness of private enterprises. |
