| 摘 要： | 随着信息网络技术的发展,图书馆已由单纯文献服务转为多角度的信息服务。面对信息技术的发展,随之带来文献信息服务从内容到形式发生的深刻变化,图书馆员不仅要做好信息服务工作,同时也要采用不同的方法和不同的角度做好知识导航。
