| 摘 要： | 从经济学与管理学相结合角度综述组织理论的演进过程 ,得出组织理论是从经济学和管理学角度着手 ,以组织为研究中心 ,分别沿着组织之间关系和组织内部结构与协调两条主线展开 ,探讨市场结构、市场行为、市场绩效和组织竞争力四方面内容。

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the evolution of organization theories from economic and management angles.The paper comes to a conclusion. Organization theory is analyzed from two aspects-- economics and management. There are two main trains of thought to be analyzed in the paper. One is the relationship between two organizations, the other is organization framework and coordination. Organization theory analyzes four respects: market construction, market behavior, marketing efficiency and organization competition. |
