| 摘 要： | 利用个体固定效应模型和广义最小二乘法的协方差分析法,实证研究了国际直接投资（FDI）、制度与发展中东道国经济增长联系的规律,得出单独的FDI对经济增长的直接和间接效应都不明显,但通过与制度的交互作用,对经济增长产生显著的正效应的研究结论。论文还对东道国制度对经济增长的效应产生的两种实现渠道进行了研究,提出东道国良好的制度安排是FDI产生溢出效应的条件和基础,发展中国家应当重视制度创新,尤其是政治制度的改革,才能从FDI的技术溢出中获取更大收益,实现经济的长期增长。
